Shipping Service

1.) We provide 2 day USPS Priority shipping on all domestic orders for a flat fee of $6.95 USD.

2.) Orders that have selected the USPS Flat Rate shipping option are shipped with a delivery goal of 1-4 business days based on delivery estimates provided by USPS. This does not include processing time, which is under 48 hours ( business days ), with the exception of back ordered items which will be filled and shipped promptly upon inventory availability.

3.) Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders with United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and USPS. Options include: 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM, 1-3 Day. Prices will vary depending on geographical location. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on business days will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until Monday.

4.) International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. All international orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Estimates are available during checkout when purchasing on www.vaporblade.com.

5.) When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for knowing the Customs Policies of the countries you select to ship our product to. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund if your order does not pass inspection at the point of entry and is returned to, Vapor Blade Online, the sender. In addition, we are not responsible for any exchange rate fees you might incur due to refunding your order.

6.) We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or third parties.

7.) Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 7 days of "Delivered" status update via the tracking information.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

The term "outside parties" does not include vaporblade.com. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Third party links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Changes to our policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We always want you to feel great about your Vapor Blade shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.

Returns & Exchange Period

We gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, and rechargeable batteries.

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund. For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Please see return shipping cost below.

Warranty Service

For hardware purchases, each product purchased directly from our website comes with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of purchase.

In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us within 30 days of original purchase. The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email at returns@vaporblade.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, and RDTAs purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products and we will not accept it for a return.

This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Refund Process

Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit in the form of reward points. Vapor Blade is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.
